He has worked in Voltas .He currently holds many Authorized service centers and is the service provider for Philips, LG, SAMSUNG, WHIRLPOOL, TATA SKY, DAIKEN, INTEX & COCO-COLA, Voltas.He have also tied-up with extended warratnty brands like Onsitego,One Assist,Zopper,Bhartiassit and Bajaj Alliances. He is having pan India network for Different service setups.

Alok kumar is software engineers by profession having B-Tech Degree from GNIT. He is having 10 years of working experience with multinational brands like Samsung,LG,Daikin ,Voltas,Philips in consumer electronics. Alok have also worked with extended warratnty brand like Onsitego,One Assist,Zopper,Bhartiassit and Bajaj Alliances. Under Alok operation Digital svc have closed more than 1 millions of consumer calls. Alok have explore more than 25+ of CRM of diffrent Brands. His vision is to provide the best class service to all consumer brands and customers. He also aim to make his own insurance brand for consumer electronics.

M S Kalsi is the COO of Digicare and has been associated with the company since March 2018 . A seasoned professional with an overall experience of 23 years in Customer Service, After Sales Service, Business Operations & Client servicing across various domains including Consumer Electronics, Mobile Devices, Office Automation and E-Commerce. In his current role, he is responsible for pan India Service operations. Prior to this, he was working with LeEco as a Director – Service Operations where he was responsible for end to end service operations. Kalsi had worked with Canon, Nokia, Samsung in the past where he had handled the service aspects both in terms of customer delivery and operational excellence. He holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
